Return and Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:

Hey there! We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If you need a refund, we'll sort it out for you within 10 working days from when you cancel your order or we receive your returned product. Just shoot us an email at support@thattotegirl.com, and we'll get you a return label ASAP.

RETURN POLICY:

Oops, did your package take a tumble during delivery? Don't sweat it! If it's damaged, just send it back, and we'll sort you out with a fresh one.

For other return reasons, here's what to do:

  1. Let us know within 7 days of getting your order, and if you can, send us some pics of what's up.
  2. Once we give you the green light, we'll send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) letter.
  3. Pack up the product just like you got it, including all the bells and whistles, and ship it back using the address we give you. You'll cover the shipping fees, though.
  4. When it gets back to us, we'll give it a once-over and decide on a full or partial refund, depending on its condition. If it's damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we'll sort you out with a full refund.

Just a heads up, we won't be able to accept returns if:

  • The product looks like it's been through a wrestling match.
  • You've tossed the original packaging, accessories, or serial number.
  • The serial number's been tampered with or gone AWOL.

And hey, hang onto your bill and packaging—it'll make things a whole lot easier if you need to return something.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Changed your mind about your order? No problemo! As long as it hasn't hit the road yet, you can cancel it lickety-split for a full refund.

If it's already on its way to you, we'll only be able to cancel it if there's a hitch with the product.
